View the canal, once 35 feet wide and 4 feet deep, but now an easy flowing stream. Rest in the shade and listen to the birds sing.

I will try to update this blog with special messages that are written in the journal available at the Canal Spirit mailbox located at the 4.3 mile marker on the Hamden length of the Farmington Canal Trail.
